SIXT Australia are excited to announce that we have partnered with the Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2022 in Sydney. The prestigious women’s competition kicks off next month with incredible athletes from 12 countries playing in the fierce competition with Australia’s very own Lauren Jackson playing her fifth world cup in the green and gold.
SIXT car rental will assist with transporting teams, staff and officials by supplying the fleet of event vehicles. To support the LOC’s goal of hosting the most sustainable Women’s Basketball World Cup since the event’s inception, 30% of the vehicles provided will be electric.
