The bus deck is considered ground floor. Please take both sets of escalators up to level two and turn left. Upon entering the garage threshold turn left and follow the walkway towards SIXT branch.
Return information
SIXT car return is located on the second level of the Union Station Parking Garage at 99 H Street NE, Washington, DC 20002. Please enter the parking garage and follow the SIXT signs to level two. Upon entering the return lane, please park in any designated SIXT space, and return the key to an agent at the SIXT booth. Thank you for choosing SIXT!

The rental car transaction from start to finish was great. Tanaria was a great start as she upgraded my car at no extra charge due to the fact that my car was not ready yet and made sure I was in and out.
There was a nice lady with semi-golden locs that provided a chair for me as I waited for the car cleaning. The male the cleaned the car helped locate the parking brake. Also the young male that made sure I was waiting for Sixt and estimated my wait. All took 15 mins tops.
Even the personnel when I dropped that car off was pleasant a made sure my finished reservation was great.
I would definitely rent again from Sixt at the Washington Union Station location. Great staff all around from what I experienced.

Great service and wonderful staff! Joselyn and Markesha(sorry for the misspelling) are fabulous representative of Sixt.
My flight was delayed and I knew I would not make it before closing. I called and spoke to Markesha and she told me not to worry and that they will hold the car for me. The next day I arrived at Union Station and Joselyn retrieved my booked and got me on my way.
