My experience at the DCA Sixt was simply amazing. To start Jajencia made sure I stood in the heat while checking me in. Once she gave me the keys she also walked with me to ensure I was happy with the vehicle I choose and if I wanted to upgrade and even buy gas prior as it is a good idea. Jajencia was not pushy and made my time an enjoyable experience as a first time Sixt. I had a very new 2025 suv during the winter when I needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle to drive through the snow. I really enjoyed my rental. When I came to return the rental LaTanya welcomed me back with a smile. She not only made sure I had a great rental but also made sure that I did not leave anything in the rental. I needed assistance getting back to the terminal and LaTanya walked me as far as she could to show me hoe to get to the terminal. This is the kind of experience that is outstanding. Most of the time people just point to where to go but she actually walked me to the signs to follow. Both of these ladies are the full reason of writing this review. To let everyone know what amazing customer service looks like from a rental car company. I have used the other rental companies previously but nothing comes close to an experience with Sixt.
