I always have a great experience at DCA with the Sixt team. On my last visit, your colleague MARVIN really impressed me with his amazing help, giving me useful information about the car and Sixt services, and even arranging for an upgrade to a nicer car. His warm and professional attitude, along with his respectfulness, were truly outstanding. I really think he deserves a raise or a promotion within your team. I look forward to come back to Sixt DCA soon to rent another car, hopefully with Marvin assisting me again. He's simply the best and also the Sixt is not just the best car rental company in the US, but in Europe as well according to my experience in the past few years.
