TheAndrew gives great service and vehicle intelligence at the rental desk! Highly recommend them now as other comanies start to lag…or rest on their laurels. Service MATTERS after a long flight or unfortunately having to rent on a Sunday as a local, in today’s case ~ well done 👍 , gonna start moving rentals their way for sales trips.

I recently rented a car from SIXT Nashville and had a fantastic experience despite an initial hiccup. After a long journey from London to Nashville, we were eager to get on the road to Memphis. Unfortunately, the car category I reserved (an X5) was available but couldn’t be assigned to me due to a technical issue.
Glenn, one of the managers, went above and beyond to resolve the situation. He remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. He kept us informed at every step and tried multiple approaches to fix the issue. When no resolution could be found, Glenn made the thoughtful decision to upgrade us and let us choose a car we were comfortable with.
His exceptional customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. Thanks to Glenn’s efforts, I would not hesitate to book through Sixt again if I’m ever back in Nashville. Highly recommend!

I rented a 2024 BMW 530i from Sixt, and despite some initial concerns from reading reviews, my first experience with Sixt was fantastic. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, walking me through the check-in and pick-up process, as well as inspecting the car with me. They even accommodated my request to switch to a different color BMW when I arrived (I can be a bit picky lol).
The car itself was spotless inside and out, ran like new, and was a joy to drive. Extending my rental was super easy, which made the whole experience even more convenient. The drop-off process was just as seamless—Mo was great, letting me walk around the car and take a video to document its condition at drop-off.
Overall, despite some mixed reviews, my experience with Sixt was excellent, and I would rent from them again!
