I always have good experiences with Sixt Rent A Car and my experience in Philadelphia was no exception. Ms. Davies helped me with my car and I was in/out in less than 15 minutes. She was very nice, professional, and friendly. I will definitely be back to rent from them again.

I rented a compact car for just a day and overall it went smoothly. The agent I talked to at the counter was super friendly and explained things well. The car also had incredible mileage- I drove to Maryland and back and only used $9 of gas! The only issue was returning the car. They approved me returning the car at 11:30pm. I get to the garage at 11:15 and the gate will not open. There was no button to take a ticket like the return directions said there was. Someone near the gate said that the garage closes at 11. It only worked out when a car exited the garage and I drove through the exit gate. Turns out there is another gate within the garage that gives you a ticket to be let in. I think that Sixt should just tell customers that cars must be returned before 11pm to avoid this.
