Could only be made better by a skip the line option. The line was smaller than expected so our wait was minimal and we did not experience the ‘hard sell’ . Jean-Marie was knowledgeable and helpful at the counter and we were processed and on our way very quickly. This was our first time with Sixt we usually use Alamo because of the skip the line option but the price difference was significant enough for us to make the change. I would recommend and I would use them again, just please add a skip the line option
