My friend and I arrived at Honolulu Airport today and had a flawless experience picking up our car at Sixt. This was my second time choosing Sixt since becoming a Diamond member, and the team at the Honolulu International Airport branch made me feel truly welcomed. Brandon, who assisted me, was exceptionally professional and friendly. He even accompanied me upstairs to pick up the car and went above and beyond by upgrading me to a BMW X5. I know he didn’t have to do this, but he did, giving me every reason to remain a loyal Sixt customer in the future. Employees like him truly deserve recognition!
