10/10 Easy pick up and drop off, no drama, friendly and knowledgeable staff from check in to pickup to return. Exactly what I expected from Sixt. Nate and Jerel are the model Sixt employees, being able to go the extra mile to make sure my needs are met.
Every company can throw money to get the best cars/facilities but my experience with Sixt's staff is always pleasant, the soft product is what makes Sixt special. Most agents I have met at Sixt are passionate about their jobs and cars, I hope that means Sixt is treating their staff right, and hence a company worthy of my patronage.
Side note, Sixt is still relatively small in NA market, whilst there's rarely a long queue, this location lack a dedicated lane for Platinum/Diamond members. The wayfinding is also a little bit tricky, the cars lot is located at the very end of the building with an entrance door next to a hallway that can be easily be missed.
Also, I know BMW is a major shareholder of Sixt, but I'm getting really tired of BMWs.... it would be nice if they have more variety in their premium rage.
