I recently rented a car from SIXT Nashville and had a fantastic experience despite an initial hiccup. After a long journey from London to Nashville, we were eager to get on the road to Memphis. Unfortunately, the car category I reserved (an X5) was available but couldn’t be assigned to me due to a technical issue.
Glenn, one of the managers, went above and beyond to resolve the situation. He remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. He kept us informed at every step and tried multiple approaches to fix the issue. When no resolution could be found, Glenn made the thoughtful decision to upgrade us and let us choose a car we were comfortable with.
His exceptional customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. Thanks to Glenn’s efforts, I would not hesitate to book through Sixt again if I’m ever back in Nashville. Highly recommend!
