I have rented several times now from SIXT and have had great experiences each time. I usually rent for long periods of time, sometimes for a month. There was a mix up on a charge once and I was over charged and they fixed it and credited me back. There’s a woman named Michelle Searcy that works in the garage booth and she has gone above and beyond for me not once but every single time I rent! She genuinely cares about her job and it shows. She is very professional and has a wonderful disposition and attitude every time I see her. She is the best and deserves much praise! She is always available for any questions or concerns and has helped me many times!
