Great car rental experience from the shuttle pick up to the drop off. I opted for a bmw x3 that would fit 5 people and had truck space for Christmas shopping. $200 deposit is reasonable for that kind of car. It was a fast check in and I was on my way.

We rent a car here for our 12-days-trip to North Carolina. The service has been great. They told us what we should do (take a video for saving the scratches) when we pick up the car. They told us which type of fuel we need. After our journey, the "bring-back/returning" service took us only about 10 minutes. Thank you Jerika and Zhareah for your patience with the two Germans visiting the USA for the first time and asking many questions. We would rent a car here again for sure.
