It didn't have the small SUV that I reserved, tried to up-sell higher SUV. I told them I did not want any upgrades. They gave me a Ford Explorer and said they just upgraded. Since I didn't have enough time to hassle, I just took it and used it for a couple of hours. It's my feeling that Sixt did not have any small SUVs at that time but larger cars only. In any event, I usually put less than a gallon after driving 32 miles. I filled the tank with almost 2 gallons this time. I did NOT like their version of "Upgrade."

This was my first rental experience and it went great! I was satisfied with the car offered but I wish I knew in the beginning of my trip that I can connect rental car license plate to my current Fast track account to avoid paying more. Unfortunately Sixt representative didn’t tell me that in the beginning and they consequently charged me even more because of the fees. Glad I figured it I can add new license plate in the middle of my trip.
