I wanted to recognize you for your exceptional and personal service on the afternoon of February 6th, 2025 at BWI. You were exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, caring and creative in pursing a solution.
Kurt worked with me to fully understand the request/situation.
Using your exceptional knowledge you investigated and proposed possible solutions, until we found one that would allow me to extend my rental, not just sending me back online where the reservation was originally booked.
Kurt's solution required coordination/confirmation with his local manager, which Kurt proactively pursued.
