Jasmine at check-in was super friendly and helpful. Drop off was a bit more of an adventure, the manager noticed some damage to one of the rims that wasn’t noted before. I had a video showing the damage was there when I picked the car up, but company policy is that the manager can’t just clear up the mixup on the spot because “it’s a different department”. Luckily the manager was great, she took the time to call whatever the other department it is and cleared it up without them hassling me about it. In other words, staff at this location - fantastic! SIXT as a company…meh.
