Take Kuhio Ave until Uluniu Ave. Turn left into Uluniu Ave until Koa Ave. Turn left onto Koa Ave und follow the Road till the end. Turn left onto Liliuokalani Ave und shortly after make a right turn into the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach Driveway.

All in all this rental was successful. They are located inside a hotel, so it can be a bit challenging to find where you need to go. Once we arrived, picking up the car was a smooth process. We rented a Toyota Camry or similar and got a Volkswagen Jetta. There were minor scratches but overall the car was in great condition. Drop off is easy, as you just hand the keys to the valet. We dropped off the car with plenty of sand, and that was no issue.
The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is because they didn’t fill up the tank. Please check this before driving off! We sadly didn’t notice until it was too late, and unfortunately had to pay for almost an entire tank of gas for just one day of driving around the island. We reported the issue, and were refunded 10%. However, since we only had the rental for a day, we ended up losing money from their mistake. I understand that we could have easily avoided this by checking the gas tank in the first place, but ultimately the company should have provided a full tank.

Andree was AMAZING! He had all the guests in and out in a flash. He was so professional and yet so personal! Such an amazing guy to work with. If it wasn’t for him, I’m not sure the experience would have been this great! We rented 2 cars last minute and he hooked it up with an upgrade. The cars were so nice and clean! We’re even considering buying one for ourselves. The pick up and drop off couldn’t have been better. This company really knows how to handle their stuff! Definitely recommend!
