Not a customer, but my car battery had died in the parking garage and I had asked one of the associates if they had jumping cables. A gentleman who worked for the company (in which i regret not getting a name) brought a car up and jumped my car. Great service to non-customers, so I imagine they serve their true customers even better!

Rented a nice BMW 3. Fast, courteous service. You could tell that the staff really enjoys their job. Everyone was kind and cheerful, even though we heard it was one of their busiest days ever. Car was clean and well equipped. Return was quick and simple like it should be. Great value!
