Darlene was WONDERFUL!! I had rented a car at a nearby rental agency and showed up and they didn't have my car. I came to SIXT stressed needing a car for a day work trip and Darlene was lovely, so friendly and warm and immediately was like: I will take care of you and make sure you get a car. She was fantastic!!! She found me a great car, made the whole process really smooth and I'm so grateful!

I wish I could give them more stars. Let me start by saying that my car was in the shop and I was struggling to find ways back and forth to work, needless to say I was extremely stressed. I tried two other well known rental companies but they couldn't accommodate me with a same day rental. The ladies at Sixt absolutely made my day. From check out to check in everyone was sweet and personable. I will absolutely rent with them again if the need ever arises.

Rented a nice BMW 3. Fast, courteous service. You could tell that the staff really enjoys their job. Everyone was kind and cheerful, even though we heard it was one of their busiest days ever. Car was clean and well equipped. Return was quick and simple like it should be. Great value!
