I was pleasantly surprised by my experience renting an auto from SixT. Every step of the process was first rate. I'm used to standing in line for hours to rent a car; in this case we walked right up to the counter and claimed it. The rental agent went out of her way to accommodate us and then since I use a walker to get around, one of the staff brought the car to us at the rental kiosk. We received the make and model of the car we signed up for(most rental agencies "suggest" that you'll get a car like ___ and then give you a car that barely fulfills the category). Not so in this case, they said we'd get a car like a Toyota 4Runner and that's the car we got. The return process was equally positive and all and all the hole experience couldn't have been better. I will certainly look for SixT when renting a car in the future.

Our rental agent in Ft Myers was very helpful and courteous. When our reserved vehicle wasn't ready (due to being cleaned), our agent told us he didn't want us to have to wait and upgraded us to a nicer vehicle at no cost. He also thoughtfully explained how the local toll road system worked so that we were able to avoid a state administrative fee by our using an existing toll pass from our home state. The whole rental process was easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. I would definitely rent from Sixt again!
