It was our first time renting from SIXT as it was a service that was included in our Capital One Venture X program and we had a great experience. We rented a car for our little getaway in Chicago and everything was a breeze. Reservations were made online, we picked up our car as soon as we arrived in the city and paid a little extra for an upgrade to 2024 BMW X2. Very luxurious, spacious, clean and easy to drive. It made our vacation that much more enjoyable.
Customer service was fast and friendly and returning the rental was very easy. You just enter the code you’re given at pick up, park the car and return the key to a rep or drop it off in the drop box if it’s after hours. We will definitely be renting from SIXT again in the future.
