The whole team at Sixt at the CLT airport is wonderful! I've rented from them several times. Not only does Sixt have a higher end selection of cars, but thier customer service is also way beyond their competition. The team members at Sixt are fast, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Shout out to Ms. Donna at the counter! She's made several car suggestions that have worked out great. I highly recommend Sixt to anyone needing to rent a car.
