The rental itself was excellent; I was given a 4WD Mazda with only 16,000 miles on it, far more than what I expected given the price I paid.
When I rented the car, I had lost a piece of luggage. When I came back looking for my luggage, the Sixt employees went above and beyond with looking to make sure my luggage was found. Each employee I talked to exuded professionalism.
