Nina has great customer service. She acknowledged customers in line assuring us. They would be with us shortly. When Niya assisted me she was very professional. She took control. I assumed she was a supervisor in training, that's how great she was. I would love to see others treat me the way she did. Others could learn from her. Overall I give SIXT a 10 everyone in the Baltimore location was outstanding.
