The rental itself was excellent; I was given a 4WD Mazda with only 16,000 miles on it, far more than what I expected given the price I paid.
When I rented the car, I had lost a piece of luggage. When I came back looking for my luggage, the Sixt employees went above and beyond with looking to make sure my luggage was found. Each employee I talked to exuded professionalism. Thank you to LaCretia for your work ultimately helping my locate the piece of luggage, Ranada for working to make sure the luggage was found, and Tasheana for your kindness. I am grateful to have found my luggage, and. for the employees at Sixt who helped.

I first wanna thank Linda for her prompt and attentive response to my concerns. This branch handled the situation that I had . My reservation had a slight hiccup picking the car up. However, there was a strong chemical odor in the car that gave me a headache overnight. I was able to get in touch with the manager through there review process as she called me promptly when she realized I had a challenge it was remedied as soon as I was able to bring the car back given the same vehicle and customer service was impeccable making sure that the new vehicle did not have the same Odor. My front desk agent was very personable and nice. I appreciated her service. I was in a rush, but she kept me calm and I appreciate it the inter.. Thank you for doing a great job. I appreciate it.
