The SIXT branch is located in the Baggage Claim/Arrivals area of the Terminal, together with all rental car counters. Please feel free to text or call our branch at 970-889-4722 for any questions or concerns regarding your reservation.
By car
From Downtown Aspen, take S Mill St to E Main St. Take CO-82 W to Aspen Airport Business Center. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto E Main St. Turn right onto N 7th St. Turn left onto CO-82 W/W Hallam St. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit and stay on CO-82 W. Take Airport Rd to your destination. Turn left onto Aspen Airport Business Center. Turn right followed by another right turn. SIXT at Aspen-Pitkin County Airport will be on your right-hand side.
With public transportation
From Downtown Aspen head west on E Hopkins Ave toward S Mill St. Turn right onto S Monarch St. Turn left onto E Main St, Paepcke Park DV Stop will be located on the right. Take the BRT Glenwood Bus, take the 4th stop to ABC/Airport. Follow the directions to use the Pedestrian Underpass to go back into the Airport. SIXT at Aspen-Pitkin County Airport will be located in the Baggage Claim/Arrivals area of the Terminal.
Return information
Please return your vehicle at 233 Airport Rd, Aspen, CO 81611. Follow signs for car return to drop off the vehicle. Please proceed to the counter to drop off the key.
After hour drop offs can be made in our drop box located by the entrance of the SIXT branch.

After a long day of travel during Presidents' Day weekend (including an 7 hour delay and being diverted to Grand Junction), we finally made it to Aspen airport and Kenny at the SIXT desk was super helpful in getting our rental car squared away. Almost all of their fleet was already taken, but Kenny made sure we received the car we selected as part of our reservation even though we were well past our originally expected check-in date. This was the first time I rented through SIXT, and I will keep in the mind for future rental car needs.

I rented a couple months ago, end of July. It was one of the easiest rental experiences I’ve had. I made my reservation online, I think through expedia? Anyway, Jennifer helped me at the counter and she was an absolute ray of sunshine. It was my first time flying into Aspen and she made me feel welcome and comfortable.
The car was clean and nice. The price was great. I returned it dusty but the inside was clean with no trash, cleaned windows and full tank (there is a gas station across the street but you will PAY for the convenience) and I didn’t have any issues with additional charges. I did take photos before and after, as that is good practice for any car rental anywhere.
