A good experience all round. I had hoped to go through the automatic check-in but they needed to assign a car manually for me - despite this, the check-in was quick and the service was friendly. No hard sell on the insurance or upgrades which I appreciated. The car was good and no problems for the week. Drop-off was also quick and painless. Would use again!

Great location in the city centre adjacent to Piccadilly railway station with excellent rail and tram links yo the airport. Staff were excellent and wait time very short. Car was clean and in excellent order. Sat nav location brought us right to the car park entrance which was essential for driving back to the centre of a large city we’d never visited before. Overall, one of the best car hires we ever had.
