I made a booking a few weeks back and had a minor issue with the vehicle. After an enquiry I was contacted with an apology and a free upgrade. So took advantage the next time at the airport and happy to say was upgraded and an apology... So happy with the result and service...

Sixt rental company desk located just outside the airport which comprises other rental company like hertz and Avis.
Staff from sixt speaks basic English which provide great understanding and communication.
Rental rates was cheaper then other rental company.
Collection of car and registration of documents was very effective and hassle free with the staff patiently explaining every single details on the documents.
Car was in excellent condition but just some pre minor scratches. Car mileage was less than 1500km.
Returning of car was also fast and no hidden agenda upon returning the rental car.
Thanks sixt ubon team for giving me such a great experience and shall look forward to support you in the near future for car rental.
