I had a great experience, renting a car from this location. We were staying at a hotel right down the street, and I called Joshua to get a car and he held one for me and I went in and got a car that I thought I was going to have for a day or two but extended it to four days. He was extremely helpful and accommodating when I called him daily to extend the car. Customer service was five and the car was great as well. He gave me great advice to get coverage into Italy for nine francs a day as Lugano is always on an Italian border. Thank you for the great service.
