I am a loyal Sixt customer, particularly when I am in Europe (e.g., Cyprus, Germany, Sweden, Italy). Over the years, we have had a few odd requests and Sixt staff have always handled them quickly and gracefully. We rented a Sixt car at the Malmo central train station. A few days later, while exploring Öland, I locked the keys in the car. Sixt staff were able to magically, remotely open the car in 3 minutes. Then, after we left the car at the Arlanda airport, I discovered a credit card was missing. Your team found it had dropped out of my pocket and recovered it--saving me a LOT of hassle. And the car itself was great! (An upgrade!)

A very convenient rental option, very close to malmo train station. Staff were friendly and accommodating when we asked if we could switch cars. Drop off and pick up were both hassle free and quick. Would definitely reccomend.
