Upon arrival at MAD, head to our SIXT welcome desks on the ground floor of Terminal 4. While our branch in Terminal 1 is currently closed, moving between terminals is quick and easy via a free shuttle, which runs 24 hours a day. You’ll find our clearly signposted branch in the Madrid Airport car hire parking area, located on the ground floor of car park A-B. When returning your vehicle, you can drop it off at either Terminal 1 or 4, following directions for car rental services. Our 24-hour return policy makes it easy for you to leave your car when it suits you best.
