The Sixt Meet & Greet point is located in the city center, nearby the market square, on Kopernika st. 1, at a guarded parking area at the back of the Wyspianski Hotel.
Leaving the Main Train Station (Dworzec Glowny) into the south through Planty Park via Westerplatte street, turn left into Kopernika Street. The meeting point is just on your right hand side, 700m away. If you are delayed please call us on time at +48 12 639 32 16, as reservations at a Meet & Greet branch can only be sustained for 30 minutes.

Sixt is my go to at the Kraków airport. Very customer oriented and friendly staff. Recently my flight was delayed and was landing a day later (on Easter Sunday which is a major holiday in Poland and the location was closed that day - probably only one out of two days during the year). The team was kind enough of find a solution and one of the guys have met me at the airport to handle my reservation on Easter Sunday! Kamil (I believe was the name) was very friendly and helpful.
To add to a great team, cars are new with low mileage at very good rates!

Friendly and efficient service at the airport office in Krakow. I booked the lucky dip car option (as I like the "game" to see which car I get) and I got a great Volvo XC40. Highly recommended!
