There's some bad reviews here so I thought I would share my experience when I had an unfortunate incident with their rental car, causing damage beyond the maximum excess. Everything was handled smoothly & professionally, no attempts to charge anything extra, and all the paperwork that I needed for my third party insurance got done in timely manner. Nothing to complain!
