Not sure why such low reviews? I rented a car and there was a mistake made - automatic when manual booked. Excellent customer service with a replacement (upgraded free of charge) within 1 hour. Will book again!

In Aug 2024 I rented a car from Leknes Airport with Sixt and had a great experience. After we landed we were met by Laura and Ancee who were just brilliant, not only did they show us the features of our car and how to use it, but they were friendly, kind, and genuinely lovely people! Plus, they spent time to tell us/list out all the great things to see and do in the area!
The car itself was amazing, no problems at all. Returning it was also no issue. Thanks to the incredible staff for making our Lofoten trip extra special! I definitely would recommend it. 100%!
