Diego at Sixt Queenstown was exceptional. We had an issue with our car after the first few days of driving. We tried calling Sixt but the customer service agents weren't able to understand our problem and some were outright rude! We met Diego at the counter and he immediately understood our problem and gave us a new car. Without his help our experience would be really different. 5 starts for him
