Absolutely exceptional service from Sixt Rotterdam City Hotel! We found ourselves in a difficult situation while attending a family funeral when our original car rental from another company fell through at the last minute. Sixt, just around the corner, truly saved the day.
A special thank you to Francisco, who went above and beyond to secure a vehicle for us on short notice. His kindness, compassion, and support allowed us to make it to this important family occasion. Francisco and the entire team at Sixt were incredibly understanding, accommodating, and a true lifeline in our time of need.
