I recently rented a car from Sixt and I have to say, the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in the door, the employees were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
The rental process was quick and easy, with the staff member at the desk explaining all of the options to me in a clear and concise manner. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I felt like they truly had my best interests in mind.
The car itself was in excellent condition and drove like a dream. I appreciated the fact that the employees took the time to show me all of the car's features and make sure I was comfortable with everything before I hit the road.
Perhaps the best part of the experience, however, was the customer service. Every employee I interacted with, from the front desk to the lot attendants, was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer.
