If you have difficulty finding the shop ask for Orix rent a car, as this is a partner of Sixt.

Easy to find the building but not the store. Here are the directions: Enter building B1 and go down in the escalator 2 floors.

We came here for car rental. People who helped us were very friendly. However, it's not possible to rent a car without a Japanese international driving licence or an official translation of another international driving license. It's just Japanese policy, not of Sixt. So we chose an alternative.
