Great experience with Sixt in Sicily. Friendly service at the counter and at the car pick-up, thanks to Giuseppe. The Alfa Romeo had nice design and interior, though you could tell the 16,000 miles on Sicilian roads took a bit of a toll. Only complaint was the poor signage to the rental car lot at the airport. Overall, I’d rent from Sixt again.

Myself and my friend had an excellent experience picking up a car at Sixt Catania airport. Shout out to Bruno who served us at the desk, he was friendly and helpful. We took out the highest level of cover and they made a point to tell us, more than once, not to worry about scratches given our level of cover. It gave us great peace of mind driving away. Would definitely use them again if I have the pleasure of visiting Sicily again. Also car drop off at Sixt Palermo airport was seamless and took less than 30 seconds before we were off to the terminal for our flight.
