Did not book in advance, just went there and had a chat with the personnel who were very accommodating.
I had the "extra protection" which is quite expensive but there was no hassle at all when returning the car.
Big plus to Elena from the staff who helped us.

Brilliant experience. Great staff. No real issues at all although I would say if you need a larger vehicle, then look at the class of vehicle you are booking and not the vehicle image.
