Customer service really counts when you’re in trouble. We arrived in Milan after a terrific Trip in the Como area. Sixt was amazing during the pick up at the Malpensa Airport T2. But they were amazing when it counted. One of our tires blew. We came to the Sixt office in Viale Pasubio. As soon as we walked in, they took over. Andrea calmed me down and did everything to make sure things were taken care of. He knew we had a flight to catch and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. His colleague Barbara also did the best she could. At no point did we feel that we were not being fully supported. They kept our luggage - informed us on every step and made sure they did everything they could for us. Grazie Mille. Truly appreciated.
Wonderful experience, Stefano at front desk is a superb host, he did a great job from welcoming to a fast and satisfactory delivery.
Honestly, I was in about to leave the store without a car. however, Barbara was a super lady who managed my case very well and delivered a very great treatment. Thank you Barbara for this high-end dealing and another thanks for Sixt whom are hiring very suitable ppl.
