This has been one of my best experiences using a rental agency. The location of the offices is easily reached and they had more than one person attending there. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they gave us recommendations, great advising, and also provided an upgrade at no extra cost. The garage for picking up and returning the car is clearly marked and easy to find, and there is even a gas station conveniently located very close to it. Overall, amazing experience with Sixt offices at Milano Centrale. Highly recommended!
