The agent I dealt with was amazing and better than the rest. Great fleet of cars, access to cars is a bit difficult to understand but if you have done it more than once it’s alright. Compared to the rest sixt server that helped me was professional. I don’t want to comment on her staff members but I can tell you some of them were really rude. This staff member in particular really shined above the others and had a smile on her face while the rest I wouldn’t like to comment. Anyway I got the best deal with the best car so I am very happy thanks to the sixt team and service
