Had issue with initial rental with another firm. Was left stranded by the orginal firm and walked into the Sixt office and the professional team solved my problem without taking advantage of my situation. Friendly, clear and professional staff at Sixt, the total opposite of my orginal rental. Would use this firm again and book direct rather online agent. Thanks again Stefano and the team.
