I made one of the best car rental experiences at this franchise. The team was helpful and very friendly. The whole rental process took roughly 5 minutes since I use the app regularly in Germany and most data are already saved in the system. Everything is thoroughly explained before and after you get the car. I had a brand new Skoda Fabia and needless to say that the ride was smooth. Giving the car back is also an easy process and does not take more than 3 minutes (if everything's alright of course).

Here’s the translation:
I booked a Mercedes A-Class, but instead I got a BMW 118 with 10,000 kilometers on it. Since I didn’t take any insurance, they charged me a 2,000 euro deposit, which I think is a lot for a small hatchback. Picking up the car took literally 10 minutes, but when I returned it, they inspected it very carefully for any damages. Thanks, Yanis.
