The desk agent was very kind and very helpful! He informed me that they did not have the car I initially booked and he offered a free upgrade so that was a nice surprise.
He prepared all the documents to pickup the car at no time and when I returned it he processed the refund of the guarantee immediately. I'll definitely use this rent a car again
