Important information for pick up and return
Rentals and returns are only possible during ship traffic and only for clients which come from the ship or want to board the ship. Please park the SIXT vehicle on one of the parking lots in front of the terminal. Our key return safe is located outside on the parking, in the middle of the terminal building. It is orange and marked with our SIXT logo and "key return".
Meet & Greet Service
Please note that there is no SIXT branch at the Cruise Center, we are offering a Meet & Greet Service. SIXT staff will meet you directly at Cruise Terminal Altona parking, by the SIXT key return safe. Please provide your address and credit card details, e-mail address and mobile number.
