I have rented with them several times this summer (2023). And that is my favourite SIXT office in Hamburg for sure. A) very friendly, quick service. B) they are a real station - not just one that gets the cars delivered from another centralised location - so that you actually have a choice of cars within your booked group C) easy to get out of town and on the highway from their location.
