Unfortunately I had very bad experience with call center- customer service with Sixt and had to have at least 5 calls to clarify my request- which they couldn’t clarify via phone in the end. The same request was handled in 5 mins via the office. Special thanks to Mr Shahid. He was more than helpful explaining how the car subscription works and also the car itself as I never had experience with an electric car.
Highly appreciated and recommended.
