THEY HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEMS. SO, I REVISED MY REVIEW (4 STARS). THEY REMOVED THE KM EXTRA CHARGES, and They didn't charge me regarding the "dubious" windshield damage. NOW THEY ARE LOOKING LIKE A GERMAN COMPANY. BELOW THE COMPLETE TESTIMONY. "Terrible. I checked the car manually and carefully immediately before the vehicle returned. No damage there was, especially in front of my face!!!! The Garching Guys told me the car was OK but didn't give me any confirmation or paper. Latter, without me, they "create" a damage report about the Windshield in front of my face! This is impossible! Of course to, charge me more. Mainly because I moved back to Brazil, and I can not complain. But it's not over yet. Although I had received almost a 4000km bonus for fidelity, Christmas promotions, research feedback, and kilometers reports on time, the last invoice showed they charged me for nearly 2000 extra km. These were Immoral actions for a big German company. I'm disappointed after almost 9 months of good pay.
