Perfect when we picked the car up , very helpful staff who informed us of what we needed to do to drive into Austria. The drop off of the car was a little rude and not the same level of service at all

Didn't have the class of car I reserved when I arrived (small car) so they tried to put me in a BMW 5 series but that was going to cost an additional 50 euros a day, which I wasn't going to pay. Fortunately I wanted to spend a couple hours in Munich to get lunch and walk around a bit. Was able to store my bags in the office during this time, which was greatly appreciated. Upon our return to pickup the car the second time, they had an Opal Corsa ready for us. It was a little beat up, but drove just fine and was perfectly nice inside.

Caroline was exceptional. Sixt messed up our car reservation on New Year's Eve (ie didn't provide any car on the day and we reserved it months prior), but Caroline stepped up to save the day.
