We chose this office to drop off because it was handy to Fussen. The proprietor suggested a nearby gas station to top up to avoid fees, ordered us a taxi, and kept us entertained till the taxi arrived. Overall just a great experience. In addition— we had paid for a Volkswagen Golf and wound up with an awesome Audi at the same cost!.

A big compliment for the team in Kaufbeuren. They helped me out where Sixt head office didn’t do anything to help. I would definitely come back to this branch or the branch in Kempten , but never order a car again online as it has caused me so many problems over the last few months. A big thank you for these branch teams as they are willing to think with you and help you out!
