This is a belated criticism and thanks. We rented a Volvo SUV from SIXT in Neuilly Porte Maillot to take our Chinese artist friend to visit Monet's garden on Oct.6. But just 500 meters from the garage, the tire pressure was seriously low. We called customer service for a long time. The customer service told us that we could not go back to the garage to change the car, and we had to find a gas station to inflate the tire by ourselves. If the tire still had problems after inflation, we had to call customer service again, there was no other solution. We were very disappointed because we were foreigners, did not speak French, and were not familiar with gas stations in the center of Paris. If there was a problem with the tire, our whole day's trip would be ruined... We felt that such service was unfair! Finally we came to a gas station, where the only staff was a female salesperson in a supermarket who did not speak English... Just when we were desperate, a customer who was shopping there heard us talking and came to tell us that he was an employee of SIXT and was willing to help us! Even more fortunately, he even had the equipment to inflate our tires! The employee spent a long time inflating our tires, and then carefully checked our tires to make sure everything was normal before leaving. The only thing I can say is HE IS OUR ANGEL! We had a wonderful day at Monet's Garden and I want to express my sincerest thanks to this SIXT employee, his name is Issam. I remember he mentioned that he worked in a shop near the Champs Elysees, I hope it was this shop. Please give him our regards. He was the best memory of our trip!
