My excellent experience with SIXT began at the counter where the attendant was fantastic (Mrs. Houda), always smiling, and took care of every possible detail. Afterwards, the car was perfect—modern, impeccably clean, functional, and safe. The entry and exit from the SIXT parking lot were very easy. The "sacan" feature of the car was a novelty. In short, this experience positively contributed to my family trip. SIXT: a world-class company, undoubtedly!

It was easy to find the Sixt location. The pickup process took approximately 5 minutes, the dropoff was instant. The staff were very friendly. All documentation was sent via email. It was the first time I used the scanning machine that checks for car damages upon leaving and arrival, very fast and fair. Takes a couple of days to process the data. I unscrewed the radio antenna and put it in the door pocket (to avoid having it stolen), however the day after the dropoff I realised I had forgotten to put it back. Was afraid I would be charged for it but they must have found it... So all good.
