It was easy to find the Sixt location. The pickup process took approximately 5 minutes, the dropoff was instant. The staff were very friendly. All documentation was sent via email. It was the first time I used the scanning machine that checks for car damages upon leaving and arrival, very fast and fair. Takes a couple of days to process the data. I unscrewed the radio antenna and put it in the door pocket (to avoid having it stolen), however the day after the dropoff I realised I had forgotten to put it back. Was afraid I would be charged for it but they must have found it... So all good.

Prior to our arrival in France, we had found the Sixt car rental agency had the most competitive pricing, as well as a very user interface to find what we wanted. The explanation on liability, insurance options and vehicle selection were above average.
But the customer service rep was first rate. She was attentive to our needs and was a first rate problem solver.
The location is also very convenient.
