We rented a car for almost 3 weeks (Oct/Nov 2024). The service was excellent. Fernando was very helpful and transparent about the options and costs.
The car we received was very clean and well-maintained. We didn't have any issues with the vehicle at all. This was our first time renting a car in Quito, and we were initially concerned after reading reviews of other car rental companies. Fortunately, we made the right choice by going with SIXT. They are very professional.
After returning the car, there were no unexpected charges, which seems to be a common problem with other companies in Ecuador.
We highly recommend SIXT-Ecuador.

We had an easy and hassle-free experience. We read reviews of this place before deciding on renting a car (was unsure of renting in Ecuador at all) and it's true: Carolina is incredibly helpful and kind, and no worries if you don't speak Spanish.
The car was in fantastic condition and the process was smooth. We were able to take pictures of the car before taking off, and are very happy that we chose to rent with this company. Thank you Carolina!
